PAY RANGE: $90k-$110k/yr

ABOUT THE ROLE As an FP&A Manager, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, KPI development, and ad‑hoc decision support. This role reports to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and will initially function as an individual contributor, with responsibility for supervising financial analysts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead FP&A support for assigned operating division(s), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Monitor and analyze divisional costs; identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimization recommendations
Develop and maintain KPIs in partnership with Global Shared Services to track performance vs. targets
Evaluate profitability across client engagements, customer acquisition cost, services, and initiatives; collaborate with stakeholders to improve outcomes
Interpret complex financial and operational data and present insights clearly to senior leadership
Build financial models for investment analysis, pricing strategy, and scenario planning
Produce timely ad‑hoc reporting to support business initiatives and leadership decision‑making
Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and IT to understand drivers and improve results
Identify process improvement opportunities and help increase efficiency within the finance function
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong intellectual curiosity with a business‑partner mindset
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in financial systems and planning tools
Ability to translate financial insights for both finance and non‑finance audiences
High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong ownership of deliverables
Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability in fast‑moving, high‑volume environment
Confidence working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, CMA a plus)
7–10 years of FP&A experience required; preference for high transaction‑volume industries
Proven strength in analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and interpreting complex data
Experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting
Strongly preferred: programming experience (any language) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Preferred: knowledge of legal support services industry dynamics and relevant regulatory considerations
Preferred: experience working with offshore and near‑shore resources
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position is a supervisory position and is responsible for the supervision of financial analysts.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to effectively present information and respond to those whose first language is English.
