Finance Manager
to support us with overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including daily accounting management, financial planning and analysis, compliance, treasury, and team leadership. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial strategy while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Accounting & Compliance
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance Supervise and review work of accountants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of month-end and year-end closing Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial projections Provide variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and deliver actionable insights to leadership Support strategic planning by modeling scenarios, capital requirements, and investment returns Partner with operational managers to monitor project costs, resource utilization, and profitability Cash Flow & Treasury
Manage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements Monitor receivables and payables to optimize financial position Develop and maintain banking relationships to support growth and operations Leadership & Team Management
Develop, supervise, and mentor accounting staff, including Senior and Staff Accountants Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance team Collaborate with other departments to align financial operations with company goals QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred) 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and business analysis Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent) and MS Excel Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to provide strategic insights POSITION DETAILS
