Job Description As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol Driver in Rochester, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients across retail/mall environments. You will conduct mobile patrols, monitor assigned areas to deter security‑related incidents, and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Pay Rate $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do
Provide customer service by executing security‑related procedures and responding to emergencies.
Respond to incidents calmly and provide assistance as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and perimeter.
Observe and report unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs.
Support loss prevention through visible presence and professional interaction.
Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points.
Minimum Requirements
A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
