As a Driver I, you will play a key role in supporting field operations by delivering and retrieving lottery equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate service to retail partners. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel Some overnight travel required
Equipment Delivery & Vehicle Care
Safely deliver and remove lottery equipment to/from retail locations and warehouses
Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the company’s box truck
Ensure all delivery tools and equipment are in proper working condition
Inventory & Parts Management
Collect and organize parts returned by field technicians
Perform weekly inventory counts and prepare monthly reports
Maintain adequate parts inventory for service needs
Process and track parts orders for projects and installations

Qualifications
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and maneuver machines up to 825 lbs with proper equipment
Operate forklift and pallet jack safely
Must pass DOT physical
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of related work experience
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professionalism and adaptability under pressure

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $14.00–$25.22. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non‑exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
