Responsibilities: Program development, swimmer evaluation, schedule practices and meets. Responsible for overall Girls Swim program including:
Coach student athletes in strategies and techniques to prepare for competition. Motivate student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport. Provide leadership, direction and support to the high school and youth programs, within the rules of Minnesota State High School League and Andover High and its affiliated district/conference(s). Facilitate the development of Girl Swimmers, not only as athletes but also as people with good character and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications College or Varsity Swim/Dive experience preferred.
Start Date: 8/17/26.
