Seasonal Tax Manager – Private Client Services - Remote Private Client Services (PCS) focuses on serving privately held companies and their owners. These clients span from family‑owned businesses to private equity–owned companies, ranging from start‑ups to multibillion‑dollar global enterprises. In this role you’ll handle technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects, acting as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues across our global team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Review complex individual tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals and families
Provide income‑tax planning for high‑net‑worth clients
Maintain partnership tax compliance and S‑Corp tax compliance for Private Tax clients
Work remotely within the United States; no travel required
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strategic prioritization in multi‑project environments
Influencing skills and a willingness to challenge existing processes
Technical writing and research in tax contexts
High‑quality review of complex tax returns
Experience with high‑net‑worth and individual tax returns or complex partnership compliance
Knowledge of federal and state personal and trust income tax
Understanding of estate and wealth planning
Researching tax issues to develop effective planning strategies and deliver client‑ready insights
Comfortable working in a virtual team environment
To qualify for the role you must have
Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in tax compliance for private client individuals, partnerships, and/or S Corps
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
Ideally, you'll also have
A proven record of excellence in tax accounting for financial statements with a top or mid‑tier firm

Compensation
Salary range: $90 /hr to $120 /hr (individual rates vary by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography)
