Job Title: Production Lead, up to $30/hr starting pay
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Lead to join our team. You will oversee production associates, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves managing tasks such as moving bulk material, general housekeeping, measuring products, and shoveling carbon into bags. This position requires adaptability to change and quick production demands, with minimal heavy lifting involved.
Responsibilities
Material Handling: 40% of the role involves moving bulk materials efficiently.
Packing/Shoveling Bags: 20% of your time will be spent packing and shoveling carbon into bags.
Miscellaneous Labor: 40% includes cleaning areas, mixing materials, operating machines, and other general tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing.
Proven track record of maintaining a good job history.
Positive and adaptable attitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
