About the job Junior Treasury Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and record all revenues promptly and accurately.
Record all payment and receipts movements in the accounting system.
Follow up on daily treasury movements and record all related transactions accurately.
Disburse any amounts after obtaining approval from the Financial Manager.
Issue and register checks, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Monitor and follow up on bank balances and their daily movements.
Follow up on and settle financial covenants, ensuring compliance.
Ensure all treasury activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to other finance projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least one year of experience as a Treasury Accountant.
Very good in Excel Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with accounting software (Edara) is a plus .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in the Service sector is preferred.
