Responsibilities
Investigate and process insurance claims related to property damage and personal injury.
Conduct thorough investigations, assess damages, and determine liability based on policy coverage.
Collaborate with policyholders, service providers, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
Manage a high call volume while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Work independently and as part of a team, adapting critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry‑standard web applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Bilingual is a plus, not required.
Service Advisor, Warranty, or Service Drive experience a plus.
Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems.
