Salary: $24‑$25 per hour. Must live within 25 miles of a store in the market.
Job Overview
Oversee the overall management of multiple self‑storage facilities, typically 3‑5 locations.
Supervise several team members and ensure exceptional customer service.
Ensure staff complete new‑hire and ongoing training, maintain compliance with company standards and procedures.
Ensure properties meet financial goals and audit bank records for accuracy.
Conduct quarterly auctions and ensure compliance with state lien laws.
Review and monitor facility maintenance.
Recruit for open positions.
Coach, develop, and mentor staff when needed.
Position Requirements
Management experience with a staff of employees.
Excellent time management and multi‑tasking skills.
Multi‑unit property management experience preferred.
Sales and marketing experience.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Excellent customer service and phone skills.
Accurate filing and record keeping.
Cash handling experience.
Mid‑level math skills for auditing.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance (travel up to 80% of duties and may require flying).
Light physical activity (lift up to 50 lb).
May be required to work outside in inclement weather.
Work Monday‑Friday 9 a.m.‑6 p.m.; may be on call Saturday and Sunday.
Must live within 25 miles of the market area or be open to relocating within 25 miles.
Must have home internet.
