Concierge
Join Phoenix Senior Living as a Concierge.
Shift Details Monday – Friday; every other weekend required.
Purpose The Concierge is often the initial contact and first impression that many people have of Phoenix Senior Living. The Concierge manages all visitor greeting, inbound and outbound calls, message taking, and offers a community overview to inquiries, supporting the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director in marketing and sales efforts. Additional duties include assisting the Associate Director/HR Designee in recruitment, performing data entry, supervising the Bistro area for cleanliness and ambiance, and facilitating card deliveries to residents and families.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests and residents, extend a warm welcome and greeting, and offer beverages.
Coordinate with the Community Engagement Director, Executive Director or Department Director to meet with prospective residents, families or visitors and ensure wait times are minimal.
Greets potential candidates interested in Phoenix careers; capture candidate information online or onsite to launch the recruitment process.
Answer incoming resident and external calls within two to three rings with the appropriate community greeting message and identification.
Document complete messages with pertinent information (name, number, message, time, date) and communicate messages to the intended recipient.
Offer a community overview to callers, determine transfer targets, notify callers of the transfer, and announce the transfer to the community associate.
Manage appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
Send get‑well cards to residents and obtain community leaders’ signatures before delivery.
Send sympathy cards to families and/or responsible parties and obtain signatures before delivery.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proven customer service experience and skills.
Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.
