Senior Technical Recruiter — Startup, Venture, and Emerging Tech Portfolio We are a dynamic staffing agency specializing in building high-impact teams for innovative companies. As our Venture Capital & Startups Division continues to grow, we’re seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the unique challenges of scaling early-stage companies.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivery predominantly with Seed and Series A‑D companies. We partner with top VC firms across the country, supporting a wide range of their portfolio companies. This role requires someone who has successfully built startup teams from the ground up—ideally from both the corporate/in‑house and agency sides.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with venture‑backed startups to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.

Source, screen, and present high‑quality candidates for a variety of roles, from IC to executive‑level.

Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, VCs, and hiring managers.

Manage full‑cycle recruitment across multiple clients and industries.

Provide market insights and consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, compensation, and talent availability.

Maintain a strong pipeline of startup‑savvy candidates through networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery and candidate experience.

Qualifications

4+ years of recruiting experience, with a mix of agency and corporate/in‑house experience.

Proven success in building teams for early‑stage startups, ideally in tech, fintech, healthtech, or consumer sectors.

Deep understanding of startup culture, venture capital dynamics, and scaling challenges.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other tools.

Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
