This position is located in Delaware District‑Wilmington, DE. The selectee of this position serves as an Administrative Officer. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and directing District administrative programs in support of the mission of the United States Marshals Service. Provides a wide variety of administrative services that supports the overall operation of the district. GS-13 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS

Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time‑in‑grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS‑12 grade level is required to meet the time‑in‑grade requirements for the GS‑13 grade level. (Must submit your SF‑50 that shows Time‑in‑Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF‑50 will be accepted). Qualifications for GS‑0341‑13

One year of specialized experience which includes: Analyzing financial operations for an organization; Utilizing a financial management system such as Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), E2 Solutions (Travel), etc. to perform a variety of financial functions such as projecting budgets, processing obligations etc.; Collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on administrative activities (i.e., property management, personnel actions, procurement, renovation projects, etc.); Planning work and setting priorities for employees.
