Job Overview
Early Day Shift Position. This role involves grounds maintenance, trimming trees, cutting grass, cultivating plants and shrubs. Responsibilities include improving walks, lanes, sheds and benches through painting and minor repairs, performing preventive maintenance of the grounds area, and working from ladders, scaffolding, or lift‑truck as required. The position may include weekend, holiday, or emergency call‑outs. A valid driver’s license is required. Physical demands include frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. A pesticide applicator license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications
Minimum six months of full‑time or equivalent part‑time paid experience in groundskeeping work
Must pass a written test at the eighth grade level
Valid driver’s license (required); possession of a valid driver’s license may be required
Pesticide applicator license preferred but not required
Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Availability for early day shifts, including weekend or holiday work and emergency call‑outs
