Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities
Strong understanding of all services and products offered.
Handle patient inquiries.
Lead sales of products or services.
Meet, greet, and educate patients on skin‑care products and treatments.
Schedule appointments and check patients out.
Maintain public areas and treatment rooms.
Medical Assistant Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment at the beginning of the day.
Close rooms at the end of the day, ensuring all equipment is shut down, trash is emptied, and rooms are prepped for the next day.
Verify patient information by interviewing patient, recording medical history, confirming purpose of visit, and obtaining consents for treatments.
Prepare patients for treatments, including reporting patient history summary and drawing blood when applicable.
Obtain pre‑ and post‑photography.
Assist in confirming completion of consent and pre/post forms.
Counsel patients by reviewing pre‑ and post‑treatment care instructions.
Keep supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
Ensure equipment operates by following instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and requesting repairs.
Other duties as assigned.
