Responsibilities
Accounts Payable: Enter and update vendor invoices, process payment checks and associated reports.
Respond to vendor inquiries till satisfaction as required
Account Receivable: Enter and send sales invoices, process cash receipt by check, wire transfer and cash payments daily.
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Collection of Aged Receivable: Send statements to the customers, communicate with customers by phone and email to collect payments.
Payroll : Assist Accounting Manager in processing payroll by verifying overtime and PTO
Requirements
Accounting degree required
3+ year experience required
Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Accounting Software experience necessary

Pay Details:
$55,000.00 per year
