About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2017, and today Im fortunate to lead a team of five. Ive been with State Farm since 2010, working in corporate, in leadership roles, and as an aspirant before opening my own agency. Im a college graduate, married with two wonderful kids, and our family includes a horse and two dogs who keep life interesting.
Community involvement is important to me. I support organizations such as the Wake County Nurse Family Partnership, Communities in Schools, and the New Location Racehorse Adoption Program.
Team members enjoy several perks, including a closed lunch hour each day, early closures at 3 p.m. on Fridays, a Simple IRA, and health benefits. Our office has a calming, home-like atmospherefeaturing artwork from a local female artist, a fully stocked fridge, free snacks and coffee, monthly team lunches, planned breakfast gatherings, and regular team-building events. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
