Our Housekeeping Aides perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for guests and residents. We ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices, with satisfaction as a top priority.

Compensation

Starting hourly wage: $14.00 per hour

Hero Pay bonus: $0.85 per hour

Yearly wage increases

Starting pay: $14.85 per hour

Scheduling

8‑hour shifts, including rotating weekends

Part‑time morning shifts available

Responsibilities

Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash

Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors

Assist with housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds

Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors through kind words and encouragement

Qualifications
