The opportunities are endless.**Job Overview** Woodlawns Landscape is seeking a Business Developer to drive new commercial growth, with a primary focus on winning new annual maintenance agreements. This is a senior individual contributor role for a self-directed, highly collaborative growth leader who balances day-to-day prospecting with strategic account development and partnership building.**What You’ll Do*** Own new annual maintenance revenue and new logo acquisition.* Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline.* Prospect and hunt while also developing strategic accounts and partnerships.* Partner closely with Account Managers and Operations on handoffs and execution readiness.* Support growth of new service lines and verticals.* Maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting in Pipedrive.* Represent Woodlawns in the market and build strong industry relationships.**What We’re Looking For*** 5–8+ years of commercial business development or sales experience.* Proven success carrying and delivering new revenue targets.* Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills.* Highly collaborative, team-first mindset.* Organized, self-directed, and disciplined in CRM.* Experience in commercial landscaping or similar service industry preferred.If you thrive on opening doors, building relationships, and driving new growth in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to talk.**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
