Overview We are looking for an intelligent, assertive, and determined person who wants a dynamic career in commercial real estate sales to join our growing team in the Inland Empire.
Responsibilities
Develop New Client Relationships
Email campaigns
Social Media (LinkedIn, blogging, tweeting, etc.)
Cold Calling
Community involvement
Attend Real Estate industry conferences
Managing database of contacts and real estate data
Client’s Management
Survey markets for availabilities
Using online databases
Calling local listing brokersPrepare and review proposals
Participate in lease/sale negotiations
Create marketing materials
Manage marketing process
Track responses and follow-up with interested parties
Develop Landlord Relationships
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree (business major/concentration preferred)
Proven track record of leadership, drive, and success
California Real Estate license
