**Location:**The Operations Manager serves as a business partner to our North Texas Leasing Advisory business. The position partners closely with the Regional Operations Lead, providing direct oversight of local operations and support teams, with a primary focus on brokerage operations, office management and client service excellence.
This role will manage day-to-day operational processes for North Texas, coordinate support resources, drive technology adoption, and ensure alignment with firm policies and strategic goals. The Operations Manager reports directly to the North Texas Regional Operations Lead.**Key responsibilities include:**Ensure all real estate licensing, training and compliance requirements are met for North Texas Leasing Advisory.**Other Duties as assigned**
