About The Role This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis. Taking a proactive role as part of the Quality Team in the ongoing development, maintenance and embedding of student progress tracking systems within the college and in providing up-to‑date and accurate reporting on student progress.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting staff across the College with the key functions of all tracking systems, transferring robust understanding of these systems with clarity, confidence and consistency, to ensure staff get the most value and impact from each system.
Maintain and update expert level of understanding of student progress tracking systems at the College (e.g. currently ProMonitor, ProPortal, SMART Assessor, SchoolCloud, Navigate).
Ongoing maintenance and development of online student progress tracking systems.
First line support for staff queries around these systems.
Manage, maintain and develop online academic markbook functions working with a wide range of qualification structures on different courses.
Facilitate improvements in system functionality.
Effective communication and support for staff in a range of roles at the College.
Liaison with external developers of systems as required.
Administration of awarding organisation quality reports.
Maintain and develop stakeholder communication systems.

Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience in student tracking systems (e.g. ProMonitor, SMART Assessor).
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Experience in a similar technical/support‑based role is desirable.
