Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Loveland, Ohio facility.

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Leader to drive advanced analytical insights, partner with cross‑functional teams, and help shape the digital foundation of our aerospace manufacturing operations. This is an individual contributor role with strong influence—ideal for someone who combines technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to translate analytics into operational impact.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and IT teams to build analytical products, enable data‑driven decision making, and support our growing ecosystem of tools—including Palantir Foundry, and enterprise manufacturing systems.

What You’ll Do…

Analytics Development & Delivery

Design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end analytics solutions that support manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and enterprise operations

Develop robust data models, dashboards, and reports using

Foundry Analytics , ensuring scalability, performance, and usability

Utilize

Foundry

to build data pipelines, logic workflows, transformations, and operational analytics applications

Identify and prioritize opportunities for analytics‑driven improvements across the value stream

Agile Execution & Product Mindset

Operate within an

agile development environment , participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery of analytics features

Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements

Continuously refine analytical products based on user feedback and changing business priorities

Data Management & Engineering Collaboration

Partner with data engineering/ information system teams to define data requirements, source system needs, and architecture considerations

Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and consistency across analytics and operational platforms

Contribute to the organization’s digital thread by connecting ERP, MES, PLM, and manufacturing datasets

Business Partnership & Influence

Serve as a strategic thought partner for operations, engineering, and leadership teams

Mentor and train Beehive employees on analytics and dashboards

Translate complex data insights into clear narratives, recommendations, and action plans

Advocate for data‑driven decision‑making across the organization and help mature analytics capabilities

You have…

Bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field

6+ years of applied data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles

Demonstrated experience building analytical products in

Power BI

(DAX, M, data modeling, automation).

Hands‑on experience with

Palantir Foundry

(OS/Code Workflows, Ontology integration, transforms, or logic apps).

Solid understanding of

Agile development practices , including sprint execution and backlog management.

Strong SQL proficiency and comfort working with large‑scale datasets.

Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions with measurable results.

Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence senior leadership and technical peers without direct authority.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice to have…

Background in aerospace engineering, flight systems, or manufacturing operations

Experience with digital thread ecosystems and integration into ERP/MES platforms

Experience with cost modeling, manufacturing process data, quality/nonconformance data, or supply chain analytics

Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive analytics, or machine learning concepts (hands‑on or conceptual)
