Work Shifts 9:00 A.M – 5:00 P.M
Duties & Responsibilities
Working closely with Systems Integrators to align on work items
Developing goals and tracking issues
Creating and maintaining project management and risk management plans
Maintaining project artifacts: documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes; providing regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and project managers
Acting as a liaison between MetroPlusHealth stakeholders and our Systems Integrators
Providing oversight of our Systems Integrators and vendors
Assessing opportunities and deliverables
Conducting regular project meetings; facilitating communication and coordination among project team members, including developers, administrators, and business users
Guiding and mentoring the team to achieve project outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related technical discipline
4 years of experience in project coordination of small and large‑scale IT projects; or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or training, and work experience
