Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Operations Manager to support our program at Fort Leavenworth, KS. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector’s most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon contract award.
How the Role will Make an Impact
Manage MTc Operations and Training on‑site during standard operating hours.
Manage and supervise contractor support of day‑to‑day MTC operations and training.
Schedule and coordinate MTC resources and the training request process, and track MTC tasks.
Requirements
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree (subject immaterial) or equivalent; Army CGSC, ILE, or equivalent military schooling preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience with military training and training support operations.
Minimum 5 years of operations management experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience within the last 10 years with military simulations.
Robust understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) and MTC operations.
