Prepares and drafts legal documents for filing and correspondence Drafts pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients Interviews witnesses and prepares them for testimony Ensures the accuracy of all documents Appears promptly in court on assigned cases Handles all aspects of assigned cases Performs administrative duties such as filing and organizing files Conducts legal research Qualifications
