Compensation & Benefits
Sign-On Bonus:
$1,500
Hourly Rate (Service Operator I):
$20.00 – $31.33 per hour
Hourly Rate (Service Operator II):
$21.50 – $32.83 per hour
Hourly Rate (Service Specialist I):
$20.99 – $37.78 per hour
Potential Annual Earnings (Service Operator I):
$101,416.78
Potential Annual Earnings (Service Operator II):
$128,242.32
Potential Annual Earnings (Service Specialist I):
$144,864.05
Additional Compensation:
$300 monthly stipend (Fort Lupton, CO) and $45/day per diem
Relocation Support:
Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employees relocating to Fort Lupton, CO
Schedule:
2 weeks on/1 week off rotating day/night shifts (subject to adjustment by Halliburton)
Job Duties
Perform equipment rig‑up and rig‑down on location under direct supervision and prepare equipment for job execution.
Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
Safely operate service equipment, including DME, high‑pressure pumps, and blenders, while meeting customer job design and KPIs.
Calculate necessary parameters at the well site as required.
Collect and distribute data related to jobs.
Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
Utilize competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.
Maintain knowledge of HMS and HSE standards.
Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and continuous improvement practices.
Work both day and night shifts.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Class A CDL licensure.
Clean driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years and no current charges.
Completion of one of the following competency tracks: Operator Assistant II, Service Operator I, Service Operator II – Frac/Acid, or equivalent industry experience.
