Position Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution and growth of specific NCSY programs, enhancing both the quality of the programs and the number of students they reach. The JSU Program Coordinator will be accountable for specific metrics related to the number of teens engaged and the impact on them.
There are two available PT positions, one located in Boca Raton and one in Miami.
Responsibilities Programming
Run weekly JSU clubs
Prepare weekly activities for the clubs
Assist in club logistics (food, supplies, etc.)
Attend weekly meetings to plan curriculum and strategy
Be responsible for tracking of metrics related to:
Number of teens reached per school
Average weekly attendance
Number of teens transitioned to weekly learning, Shabbat meals, Shabbatons, and social/holiday events.
Attend the chapter’s weekly learning program
Responsible for educational materials and attendance of the programs
Serve as support for teens and their advisors in the programs
Attend Regional Shabbaton's
Attend up to 15 non-overnight events as decided by the manager.
Administration and Training
Attend the annual staff conference
Attend bi-annual infrastructure meetings and office update meetings
Meet weekly with your direct manager
Attend weekly Kiruv meetings
Record all data for every event, chavrusa, and Shabbat meal in Iceburg on a weekly basis, no later than Tuesday night of the following week
Liaise with and assist the Marketing department as needed
