Position: Property Manager (Entry level, Full‑time) We are looking for motivated individuals to independently manage multiple storage facilities, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales of storage units. Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay
$19.00
plus potential performance‑based bonuses. Flexible full‑time schedule between 9:30 am and 6 pm, with weekend availability until 5 pm. Full‑time benefits after averaging 20+ hours (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending). Company‑paid life and accidental death insurance, and exclusive vendor discounts. Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties. Responsibilities
Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs, recommend and sell units, and suggest packing/moving supplies. Perform daily unit inspections to ensure readiness for new rentals. Audit cash drawers and conduct bank deposits. Assist customers with payments, make reminder and collection calls as needed. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk/park around facilities for up to 50% of time outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas, maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris. Qualifications
Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies). Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between work locations. Mileage reimbursement available. Additional Information
