Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, and dishes with efficiency and care.
Ensure all kitchen and dishwashing areas are impeccably clean and organized at all times.
Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste promptly and in accordance with health and sanitation standards.
Maintain floors, surfaces, and equipment according to restaurant and health department standards.
Assist with basic kitchen prep and stocking as needed.
Handle deliveries, storage, and inventory organization in a safe, methodical manner.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with chefs and FOH team to ensure smooth service flow.
Uphold and model core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence.
Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation—even behind the scenes.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a porter, dishwasher, or steward in a professional kitchen preferred.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized under pressure.
Positive, respectful attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.
Available nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Constant standing and walking for the entire length of the shift.
Required to reach, pull, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
Regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
