Position Overview
The Sourcing Analyst supports Sourcing Managers in executing regional sourcing initiatives and site-specific plans aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. This role contributes to the development and execution of competitive commodity and category strategies that reduce total cost, improve supplier performance, and optimize working capital. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and U.S. export/import regulations. Key Responsibilities
Contract & Compliance Support
Prepare and submit compliance packages for contract amendments and approvals
Draft, negotiate, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Execute credit memos and draft contract amendments using the contract management system
Review contract amendments for accuracy and completeness prior to signature
Create and submit compliance packages, including: Extended Terms Requests (ETRs)
Supplier scorecards
Fair and Reasonable Price Justifications (FRPJs)
SAP updates (e.g., minimum order quantities, price validation, contract/VMI validation)
Sourcing & Supplier Management
Manage RFQs and RFIs, including data transfer via AECS or other approved systems
Facilitate supplier transitions and management changes using Compass or similar systems
Support business units with sourcing needs for projects and initiatives
Develop and support sourcing strategies such as: Sole-source elimination
E-sourcing
Value engineering
High-growth region sourcing
Lead supplier selection and performance management activities
Initiate Should Cost Estimates (SCEs) and analyze CID and BAA content
Resolve PO and Supplier Portal issues and submit required corrections
Data & Systems Management
Pull and distribute drawings for RFQ packages
Manage vendor and material master data changes
Validate part demand and historical receipts
Upload documents to contract management tools
Pull platform and supplier details from designated systems
Collaboration & Process Support
Partner closely with internal sourcing teams, business stakeholders, and procurement functions
Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Pricing Analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Project Management
Strong analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
Knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, RFQ tools, and project management tools
Professional certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management
Bachelor's degree
