Position Overview As a Product Specialist, an entry‑level role within our sales department, your mission is to deliver an unparalleled shopping experience. This position is pivotal in ensuring customers are perfectly matched with a vehicle that suits their needs, through exceptional service and communication. We are seeking motorcycle and automotive enthusiasts who are honest, motivated, and possess a vibrant energy.
Key Skills, Abilities, and Experience
Experience in high‑value retail sales is preferred.
A genuine passion for the automotive lifestyle and community.
Engage warmly with guests, making them feel welcome.
Follow‑up with customer inquiries promptly.
Creatively arrange the showroom to highlight vehicles attractively.
Remain proactive and attentive on the sales floor.
Handle calls efficiently and with a friendly tone.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and closing abilities.
High energy, self‑motivation, and a positive attitude are essential.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Participation in training sessions as required.
Confidentiality and responsibility in handling sensitive information.
Must have a valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement.
A CA Sales License is necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical and Working Conditions
Frequent interaction with a range of automotive tools and vehicles.
Ability to maneuver and showcase vehicles, including lifting and moving up to 40lbs.
Standing or walking for extended periods is expected.
Working environment may include loud noise levels and exposure to elements typical of vehicle service areas.
