Responsibilities
Must be available for occasional afterhours or weekend calls from team.
Stays informed on regulatory and accreditation requirements to ensure clinical services meet safety standards.
Facilitates compliance improvements and conducts mock surveys and tracer activities.
Collaborates with department leaders to ensure continuous readiness and compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies.
Ensures adherence to Joint Commission standards, Healthcare Facility Accreditation Program standards, and CMS Conditions of Participation.
Provides training and education to staff on compliance and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's (Required)
Doctorate
Master's
Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
