Security Officer - Flex Residential Patrol Driver
Location: West Palm Beach, FL. Position Type: Flex. Pay: $17.00 / hr. Schedule: Mon & Tue 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM. This is a driving post; you will use a company vehicle to conduct routine patrols, remain visible to deter incidents, deliver exceptional customer service and communication, and respond to situations as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential community.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and unauthorized access.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and property management as needed.
Document and submit detailed reports of incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and the site management team.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least one year of security-related experience.
Minimum age: 18 years for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
