Inland Waters LLC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Construction Technician – Pipeline Rehabilitation
with a valid CDL license for their CIPP pipelining, infrastructure inspection, and rehabilitation project operations. Field staff gets the exciting opportunity to travel, with all expenses paid.
We are currently offering a
limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000
for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign‑on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign‑on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The average technician can expect to earn $52,000‑$120,000 per year in total earnings (includes starting hourly rate, overtime, per diem, and any adjusted prevailing hourly rate when working on government projects). We offer 100% paid on‑the‑job training!

What You'll Do:
Work on a wide range of services, including cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining and repair; CCTV inspections, assessment, and pipeline cleaning
Operate a CDL‑required Jet (flusher) or Jet Vac Combination Truck in support of CIPP lining and CCTV operations
Operate a wide range of services, including cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining and rehabilitation; CCTV inspections utilizing robotic cameras and advanced software, pipeline cleaning, manhole rehabilitation; and mainline and lateral grouting
Operator is typically responsible for the cleanliness and daily pre‑trip inspection of the truck
Follow standard safety procedures
Work with and operate equipment, as directed in the field
What We Need From You:
Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report
Must possess a Class A or B CDL (CDL) and be aligned with company motor vehicle standards
Experience in additional sewer rehab industry disciplines is a plus
Must be able to travel as 70% of projects are out of town and require overnight lodging away from home ranging from 1–5 consecutive days (lodging expenses are paid)
Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools
Comfortable entering manholes and working in confined spaces
Able and willing to travel weekly throughout the New England territory
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
