Job Description My name is Brandon Wine and I've been a State Farm Agent for the last 11 years. My true passion is to help people grow their professional careers, provide an opportunity to increase their income, and impact the lives of my team and their families for the better.

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/ sales quotas preferred

Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

Self-motivated

Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent

Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Bachelor's degree required

My Training Program Includes

Learning to market property/casualty, life, health and bank products

Setting sales and growth goals

Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics
