DHL Supply Chain is hiring. In this role you will play an essential part in inventory control, ensuring accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility, including Put‑Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack‑out, Staging, and Order Selecting areas.
Work as a team lead, providing initial point of contact for associates and performing the duties of an inventory control clerk.
Conduct training for new associates and assist in physical inventories.
Monitor performance of associates within the work group and provide constructive feedback.
Report unsafe conditions to supervisor and ensure accurate accounting of defective or damaged product.
Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts, reporting discrepancies, and monitoring levels.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner, or similar.
Minimum of 1 year experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker, plus inventory control (cycle count, reporting discrepancies, receiving).
At least 6 months experience with a Warehouse Management System such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, or SAP.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to work 1st Shift Monday‑Friday 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20.40 per hour.
