* Demonstrated experience in performing grounds maintenance/landscaping.* Demonstrated experience in performing maintenance on buildings, facilities, and grounds maintenance equipment.Demonstrated work experience performing trades in at **least** **two**of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electrical and/or auto mechanics.* Typical work schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:30 A.M-6:30 P.M with the possible option of Monday-Friday 7:30 A.M-4:00 P.M; must be able to work evenings, holidays, and/or weekends when necessary. This schedule may vary.* Must be able to perform work inside and outside in various environmental conditions with or without reasonable accommodation.* Must be ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects with or without reasonable accommodation.* Position is considered "Essential/Mandatory Staff" and required to work on adverse weather days, during park emergencies, and may be called to work on special events.* Must have a valid driver’s license issued from within the United States or be able to obtain one within **90 days** of employment.**Click**
