Second Baptist School University-Model is currently looking for engaging, reliable substitute teachers for classes at all levels, from Pre-Grammar to Rhetoric (PK-12th grade). In this role, the substitute will cover for an absent teacher, adhering to the predetermined lesson plan(s) and ensuring that students have a fulfilling learning experience. The ideal candidate will have: Substitute teaching experience and an ability to lead classrooms effectively. An authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects this relationship. The ability to integrate biblical principles throughout activities. Passion for learning and a commitment to classical instruction. The ability to assist with logistical needs such as carline, lunch, and recess. Interactions with students, parents, faculty and staff that follow established guidelines. Proficiency in technology and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Prior knowledge of Second Baptist Church and School is considered a plus.
