What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Meet or exceed loan production, deposit & wealth goals set by Senior Management through promoting the Bank's products and services.
Identify loan, deposit, and wealth opportunities for new and existing customers while managing your current portfolio.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Prepare loan packages, verify documentation, and manage the loan process through closing.
Collaborate with market leaders and branch staff to ensure goals and objectives are clearly communicated.
Counsel customers regarding financial matters and refer wealth opportunities to designated advisors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and internal policies.
Exercise delegated authorities (Check Cashing, Wire Signing, Teller Override, etc.) within authorized limits.
Support continuous improvement in banking operations, risk management, and compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 2 years of banking experience.
1–5 years of progressive banking/lending/management experience.
Exceptional human relations and communication skills.
Familiarity with lending functions and regulatory requirements.
Preferred: JHA Silverlake and JHA Synergy experience.
