What You Will Do
Perform routine safety inspections including fire extinguishers, fall protection systems, and first aid kits
Install and maintain barricades and site controls to protect workers and the public
Complete and manage hot work permits
Assist with the development and documentation of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
Support field crews and supervisors with day-to-day safety needs on active job sites
Travel Requirements
This position requires approximately 70-80% travel, depending on project needs
Travel may include regional and out-of-state assignments
Per diem and travel support provided in accordance with company policy
What We Are Looking For
OSHA 10 certification preferred
One to three years of construction or laborer experience
Strong attention to detail and willingness to speak up when something is unsafe
Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow in construction safety
Compensation and Growth Compensation is competitive and aligned with general to skilled laborer rates, based on experience. This role provides a strong foundation for advancement into safety, supervisory, or specialized field positions within Target Contractors.
