R-089965**Job Title**Non-Affiliated Student Assistant**Agency**Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service**Department**County Program D12**Proposed Minimum Salary**Commensurate**Job Location**Weslaco, Texas**Job Type**Student Worker**Job Description**Job Description*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provides general support for District 12 Administration staff.* Completes weekly and daily duties as set forth by the Senior Administrative Coordinator.* Multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.* Greets visitors, answers and screens calls, provides information and referrals, and schedules appointments. Receives, sorts, and routes mail and performs other mail services.* Performs data entry/retrieval functions.* Assists with Web site maintenance.* Vehicle fleet support - Facilitates the following: cleaning exterior/interior of vehicles, monitor regular fleet services such as oil changes and inspections (onsite or off-sourced).* Performs additional duties as assigned as part of the Student Assistant job responsibilities.* Must have the ability to work cooperatively with others.All positions are security-sensitive.
