Job Description As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for filling daily prescription orders which include punch cards, bulk items, OTCs, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks. You will also manage stock and restock medication inventory, print daily orders for the pharmacy, and generate labels and delivery sheets.
Responsibilities
Fill daily prescription orders including punch cards, bulk items, OTCs, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks.
Stock and restock medication inventory.
Print daily orders for the pharmacy.
Generate and print labels and delivery sheets.
Essential Skills
Registered Pharmacy Technician with the state of MN.
6+ months of pharmacy experience in filling prescriptions across retail or hospital settings.
Proficiency in pharmacy-related customer service.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with data entry and familiarity with major pharmacy retailers like Target, Walgreens, CVS, and Cub Foods.
Work Environment Work in a closed-door, non-customer facing environment where you can enjoy the privacy of your own cubicle. The schedule is predictable with a rotating shift system.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
