Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year for Homer School District!

Position Details
Schedule: Full‑Time, In‑Person Start Date: ASAP Location: Homer Glen, IL Caseload: Junior High or Middle School (openings at both) New Grads: Welcome! We provide training and mentorship Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized instruction to meet IEP goals Collaborate with school teams and participate in IEP meetings Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support inclusive education practices within general education settings Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment What We’re Looking For
Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement in Illinois Passion for inclusive, student-centered teaching Strong communication and teamwork skills Dedication to equity, growth, and collaboration Benefits & Perks
