Your Responsibilities:
Help supervise home care cases and field nurses
Help train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
Work cases in field as needed
Ensure quality care and compliance with policies
Promote open, supportive communication
Uphold operational standards and drive efficiency
Provide emotional support to families and team members
Assist with complaints and performance concerns
Assess and document patient care per policy & plan of care

Active
Missouri or Compact LPN or RN license
Previous
nursing supervisor experience
Excellent
communication
and
organizational
skills
Strong
problem-solving
mindset Willingness to train and lead in both home and office settings
