Requirements
All Registered nurses are required to have a valid Idaho RN licensure, or eligible, with the Idaho State Board of Nursing. Current BLS certification required. RN2, RN3, and RN4 must obtain and maintain current ACLS, PALS, and NRP status. RNs must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, use good judgment in the delivery of patient care and communicate effectively with patients, family members, care team members and providers. All ER nurses must be certified independent by the CMO and CNM/CNO before they can work independently in the ER. They must have taken TNCC or ATLS classes. Seniority Level
