Part-Time Seasonal Contact Center Representative

Pet Butler’s National Contact Center is seeking Part‑Time Seasonal Contact Center Representative for our busy Spring season. This short‑term role (approximately 3 months) is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income, gain professional experience, and develop sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls promoting yard waste removal services and pet care
Answer questions, explain service options, and encourage scheduling or upgrades
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services
Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and payment processing
Schedule Details
Shifts are assigned based on your availability and business needs upon hire.
Hours fall between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday–Friday and 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday as needed
Schedules will remain mostly consistent, but may change as needed

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
Computer literacy & typing speed of 45 WPM
Comfortable communicating by phone and goal‑oriented
Pet care experience is a plus
