Description
Our UCLA Health Neuropsychiatric Hospital is seeking to hire a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to help support our Adult PHP Program. This specialized program provides comprehensive, high-level mental health care to adults experiencing severe mental illness. Our multidisciplinary team delivers care through group therapy, individual psychotherapy, and psychiatric medication evaluation in a supportive, evidence-based setting. As a LCSW you will:
Formulate individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments
Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy
Document and enter patient information accurately and timely into medical recordEvaluate patient needs and refer to additional or alternative levels of care as appropriate
Develop and implement social work interventions aligned with treatment goals
Discuss charge plans and ongoing treatment recommendations with patients and the care teamIdentify collateral contacts and gather relevant information from external sourcesFacilitate meetings with patients’ support system
Please note: this is a 7 month limited appointment that may convert to career
Salary range: $54.54/hr - $65.18/hr
