As a Glass Installation Technician, you won’t just install luxury frameless shower doors—you'll deliver the final, most important touch on high‑end home renovations. Whether you have hands‑on experience in tile, carpentry, drywall, or you're a quick learner with mechanical aptitude, we provide expert training and mentorship to launch your career.
What You’ll Do
Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care
Work in a two‑person team to complete installations on‑site
Engage respectfully with customers to explain the installation and answer questions
Use a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes
Safely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs)
Apply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes
Maintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes
Follow company safety and quality standards on every job
What Makes You a Great Fit
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to add/subtract fractions and use a tape measure accurately
Background in carpentry, tile, drywall, remodeling, plumbing, or general handyman work is a plus
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods
Team‑oriented with pride in craftsmanship and detail
Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and continuously improve
Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more trades: carpentry, tile, drywall, or plumbing
Understanding of construction finishing or remodeling
Familiarity with levels, caulking techniques, and power tools
Previous experience working in residential job sites or customer‑facing roles
