Ford of Boerne has expanded our service operations and is seeking a
Mobile Service Technician
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who enjoys working independently, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing a trusted Ford dealership in the field.
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customer homes, businesses, and fleet locations, using a fully equipped Ford service vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mobile maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, filters, brakes, recalls, and minor repairs
Operate a company-provided, fully stocked mobile service van
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site
Accurately document work performed and recommendations in the RO system
Coordinate schedules with the service department to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile service vehicle
Qualifications
3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
Ford or OEM dealership experience is a plus
Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills for light repair
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
